Dr. Cefalu completed his undergraduate work at the University of Mississippi where he earned his Bachelors degree in Biology. He continued to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College in Port Orange, Florida where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is also certified through the Council on Extremity Adjusting as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner.

Laura completed her undergraduate work at Mississippi State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). After several years of being a registered nurse on the medical/surgical floor, she enrolled in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at UMMC and graduated with a Master’s degree in Nursing. Her previous nurse practitioner experience is in the primary care setting. She is married to Brandon Leone and is a member of Highlands Presbyterian Church. She is excited to be a part of Foxworth Chiropractic as a member of their multidisciplinary team.
